Description

PREFA aluminium roof tiles stand for the highest quality standards in terms of stability and durability in combination with a timelessly straightforward design language. With the new R.16 roof panel, PREFA has developed a reduced roof design that creates the greatest possible freedom for the realisation of unmistakable architecture: thanks to the large format with a panel length of 70 cm, it is now possible to cover the roof with 3.4 roof panels per square metre and at the same time achieve extraordinary aesthetic effects.

SUBSTRUCTURE AND SEPARATION LAYER (observe country-specific standards and technical rules): On full formwork (min. 24 mm); a bitumen separation layer is required from 17 to 25°; from a standard snow load of 3.25 kN/m² or in terrain categories 0, I or II, installation on full formwork with bitumen separation layer is required.
BASE FASTENING: direct, 3 PREFA grooved nails per R.16 roof panel (i.e. approx. 10 PREFA grooved nails per m²)
