ZinCo Drainage Membrane DBV 10

ZinCo GmbH

Description

Efficiently laid, dimpled membrane made of recycled polyolefin with laminated, one-sided overlapping system filter fleece made of polypropylene; can be used as foundation wall protection or on sloping roofs as a drainage layer under greenery or pavement slabs laid in chippings .

More Over

According to DIN 4095, drainage layers must be arranged on ceilings that are to be covered with earth so that excess water can be safely drained away. As a rule, drainage layers are applied over the entire surface, not only under greenery, but also under pavements, terraces, play areas, etc. Floradrain® FD 60 neo, Stabilodrain® and Elastodrain® can even be used under pavements. With correspondingly high drainage elements, puddles can be bridged or the underside sewer system can be used for impoundment irrigation. This is of particular interest for intensive greening on zero-degree roofs. Drainage elements of the Floratherm® type even have a "general building authority approval" as additional thermal insulation.

Technical Information

Installation Instructions

This installation instructions describe the essential steps of using this product. In addition, please observe the relevant standards and guidelines, in particular the provisions of occupational health and safety.

If there is a risk of storms, the installation should not take place.

IMPORTANT: Rolls that have been in the sun can heat up differently, which can cause the freshly rolled out strips to be somewhat arc-shaped. Therefore, leave the strips for a short time before they are connected to each other.

1) Laying:

The installation is carried out over the entire surface with approx. 1 cm overlap, so that the connecting studs on the long sides can be pressed into each other. It is important to make sure that the fleece-laminated side is on top. The one-sided fleece overhang covers the web joint.

Vertical installation as wall protection is also possible.

To protect against UV radiation and blowing away, the drainage membrane must be covered immediately after installation.

2) Cutting:

The drainage sheet can be cut with a cutter knife (with a hard blade) or a hot wire. When cutting, care must be taken to ensure that the layers that have already been laid are not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.

Above roof drains, the drainage membrane must be cut out according to the drain size.
