More Over
A substructure system based on KH35, SZ20 or CS20 consists of vertical T- or hat profiles, horizontal system rails, U- or L-shaped wall brackets and optional accessories. The L-wall brackets are made of aluminium or stainless steel, depending on the thermal requirements, and the U-shaped wall brackets are also made of aluminium or stainless steel.
The horizontal system rails are pre-mounted in the cassettes at the upper and lower edges by means of rivets. In the plug-in system, the cassettes are then mounted on site with cassette clips. Different horizontal joint widths are possible. The support profiles are connected to the wall brackets with rivets or screws. Here, sliding points absorb horizontal loads (wind) and fixed points take horizontal and vertical loads (dead weight). In the sliding points, constraint-free installation takes place in vertical slotted holes. A fixed point is arranged for each support profile.
For easier processing, the wall brackets are optionally equipped with an assembly aid that allows the support profile to be fixed and held.
To minimise thermal bridges, Thermostop elements are available as thermal breaks.
