A substructure system based on NASTO-D consists of vertical T-aluminium support profiles, wall brackets and optional accessories. The wall brackets are made of aluminium or stainless steel, depending on the thermal requirements.
The system consists of a vertical base substructure on which the classic screw-on pin holder is mounted. By combining the mandrel brackets with a substructure, the drilling effort in the building structure is reduced and large loads can be realised in passive house standard with high insulation thicknesses.
The cladding elements are attached to the panel joints by means of pin holders.
The support profiles are connected to the wall brackets with rivets or screws. Here, sliding points absorb horizontal loads (wind) and fixed points take horizontal and vertical loads (dead weight). In the sliding points, constraint-free installation takes place in vertical slotted holes. A fixed point is arranged for each support profile.
For easier processing, the wall brackets are optionally equipped with an assembly aid that allows the support profile to be fixed and held.
To minimise thermal bridges, Thermostop elements are available as thermal breaks.
