Pavinodis® TCF basic-H design screed

Pavinodis® TCF basic-H design screed is available in various standard patterns. In addition, there is the possibility of creating individual samples as required.

• Surface adhesive tensile strength ≥ 1.5 N/mm²
• Substrate moisture: ≤ 2 % CM method
• Minimum substrate temperature: > 10°C
• shot-peenable substrate
• Adhesive bridge mineral or epoxy resin

• Paving thickness: 10 to 25 mm
• Grammage: approx. 21 kg/m² per 10 mm Installation thickness
• Compressive strength on prisms: 45 N/mm²
• Bending tensile strength: 6 N/mm²
• Grinding wear: 5.5 cm³/50cm²
• Reaction to fire: non-combustible according to DIN EN 13501-1 = A 1
• Slip resistance: R10 if necessary R11
• Usability: walkable after 12 hours, loadable after 3 days
