Solid plaster wall panels M100 M80 M60

VG-ORTH GmbH & Co.KG

Description

Solid gypsum wall panels are used in residential and commercial construction as slim, almost dry solid walls without plaster. In fire protection, as room-enclosing constructions with high fire resistance up to F 180-A and as elastically supported, sound-technically decoupled walls to achieve sound insulation goals.

More Over

Gypsum wall panels are solid wall formers made of calcium sulphate and water. Spatial formation with gypsum wall panels represents an independent, regulated construction method, which is referred to as dry solid construction or solid drywall construction, depending on the angle of view: solid due to the monolithic but comparatively light walls, dry due to the surface that is only filled in the joint area or over the entire surface. Plastering work, as is usual in solid construction, is no longer necessary, which results in time and cost advantages.

The resistance opposite to a fire can be up to 3 hours due to the crystal water bound in the plates. The acoustic decoupling of the walls ensures optimised sound insulation.

  • Quality: Solid according to DIN EN 12859, without cavities
  • Design: Non-load-bearing internal partition walls according to DIN 4103-2
  • Application: Universal and economical room separation
  • Wall structure: Panel bond, almost dry, without substructure
  • Wall thickness: Space-efficient, corresponds to the panel thickness of 100, 80, 60 mm
  • Wall surface: Highly smooth face surfaces, no plaster required
