BEMO-ELEVATE
Sustainable and durable flat roof renovation - specially designed for the renovation of old or damaged flat roof surfaces. As a rule, the old roof foil does not have to be removed. This ensures operation in the building even during the roof renovation.
Static tests and building physics analyses are the beginning of a sustainable and long-lasting roof renovation with metal profiles. In non-slip areas, BEMO-ELEVATE can be applied directly to the existing roof surface. Soft areas or areas with an unclear load-bearing structure are opened and the ELEVATE profiles are screwed directly to the load-bearing plane. Through the structural structure of the ELEVATE supporting structure, we give the roof a new, preferably slightly inclined and safely drained shape. The resulting space can be used to improve the building's insulation.
As a result, you get a new, very low-maintenance, extremely safe and durable roof surface. Frequent repairs and maintenance measures of the roof surface are a thing of the past.
BEMO-SMOOTH

Contemporary architecture increasingly requires a smooth building envelope made of metal. BEMO-SMOOTH offers the safe and easy way to build smooth surfaces above the water-bearing level made of BEMO standing seam profiles without penetration.
The BEMO-TOP mounting profiles are applied to the BEMO standing seam with the folding machine in a second pass without penetration. The water-bearing level remains penetration-free and therefore safely functional. The practically maintenance-free standing seam roof is mechanically very robust and can be walked on. Additional waterproofing on the roof system is not necessary.
The BEMO-TOP mounting profiles enable the sliding ability of the standing seam system with thermal linear expansion. The smooth roof or façade shell can be applied to the flange of these rails. Rounded transitions from the roof to the façade are possible with the domed standing seam profiles. Even free-form surfaces can be produced as smooth surfaces with the MONRO profiles and the BEMO-SMOOTH system.
