Description

TRIO is a formwork system with DW tie technology that can be operated from both sides. It can be used upright or horizontally and is mainly used in building and industrial construction. In the TRIO structure variant, panel formwork is also used in civil engineering. For crane-independent work, the TRIO Alu variant is used. The patented BFD alignment lock ensures that all element connections are flush, aligned and tight.

The BFD alignment lock, which can be operated with one hand, is the only necessary connecting part for normal element joints, mating wood compensation up to 10 cm, extensions, outer and inner corners, articulated corners and the clamping of squared timber.
With just a few panel widths, all floor plans – whether in civil engineering, residential construction, industrial construction or civil engineering – can be formed. With a clearly structured element grid of 30 cm and an element of 72 cm width, the supply is reduced and the degree of use is increased.
The powder coating of the TRIO prevents the concrete from sticking and thus enables easy and quick cleaning.
