Design: The block window series impresses visually with extremely narrow face widths from 67 mm and concealed sash. Transparent elements due to a small proportion of frames and large glass surfaces meet today's architectural requirements holistically. Concealed drainage and a clear design language through invisible glazing beads round off the Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ window system.
Thermal insulation: The Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ offers very good thermal insulation with a Uf value = 1.6 W/(m²K) with an installation depth of 75 mm and a face width of 89 mm. Foam composite insulating bars in polythermide (PT) or polyamide (PA) with a centre seal optimised for thermal insulation are used – a centre seal with an additional hollow chamber, flags and a new, more processable material mix. The requirements for thermal insulation continue to increase. In order to further meet these requirements, extended insulation zones with HI foam composite insulating bars are used in the Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ window system.
Possible applications: The AWS 75 BS.HI+ window system forms the basis for a wide variety of applications in the building envelope. According to the architectural requirements, the window system can be used as a perforated window, window strip, façade insert. In addition, the system can be used to implement a wide variety of opening variants, such as rotary and turn/tilt or as a skylight tilting sash. The Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ offers a wide range of profiles within the system platform - for example, corner mullions, static mullions, symmetrical and asymmetrical mullions - so the Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ window system sets standards in terms of planning flexibility and impresses with its wide range of possible applications. Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI+ TipTronic sash profiles also enable the use of the Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart generation of electric fittings, a completely integrated drive for extensive opening types. [...]
