Top rail,
59 mm wide, 51 mm high, made of 1.5 mm thick, extruded aluminium profile without surface treatment, turning rod made of electrolytically galvanised square steel tube. Maintenance-free, dust-proof, encapsulated bearings with reversible roller and tape reel made of plastic, segment turning to prevent automatic adjustment of the slats.
Slats,
80 (60) mm wide, approx. 0.45 mm thick, concave-convex curved, flanged on both sides, made of specially alloyed aluminium, flame-enamelled with lightfast lacquer in a special process to make it corrosion-resistant. All punches in the slats are provided with black polyamide eyelets to guide the elevator straps (reduce abrasion) and to attach the bars of the polyester ladder cord. Stove-enamel coating according to Warema colour chart. The curtain descends with slats closed outwards and opens with slats closed inwards.
Web straps,
polyester ladder cord, black, in heavy special design, with double bars. Each slat is attached to the upper bar of the web strap.
Elevator belts,
made of specially coated black polyester.
Lower rail,
80 (60) mm wide, 20 mm high, made of extruded aluminium profile, with black plastic end caps and sliding rail guide.
Wind protection,
A6 = lateral guide by black guide nipples made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide, impact-resistant, connected to the slats, alternately nippled as well as guide rails 25/18 mm, U-profile made of extruded aluminium, with retracted black plastic piping for noise insulation, including the necessary fastening brackets.
A2 = Wind protection by polyamide-coated steel wire strand, diameter 3.3 mm. The wind guards are fixed in the upper rail, run through punches with black polyamide eyelets in all slats and through the lower rail and are attached to the window or wall by means of aluminium clamping brackets with clamping devices.
Drive,
concealed, maintenance-free 230 V electric mid-motor with flanged planetary gearbox and shaft outlet on both sides, built-in limit switches and thermal protection switch. The motor is switched off at the lower end position by means of a cam limit switch, at the upper end position by means of a limit switch sensor. Protection class IP 54.
Operation,
lifting and lowering of the venetian blinds by operating the switch to the detent position. Turn the slats by lightly tapping the respective direction. The switch is provided with directional arrows. When the upper or lower end position is reached, the limit switches built into the motor cause the drive to be switched off automatically.
Surface treatment,
the lower rails, guide rails and spacers are C0 anodized, optionally powder-coated or bronze-colored anodized at an additional cost.
