STOBAG Ventosol VS 5200

VENTOSOL – this name stands for modern and solid façade shading with a wide range of applications. Thanks to the SIR system (Soft Integrated Retaining System), which works like a zipper, maximum stability of the inner cloth guide is guaranteed. VENTOSOL awnings can therefore withstand high wind speeds*.

The shapely, slightly rounded box of the VENTOSOL awnings is self-supporting. Various mounting options allow for easy mounting of the structure on the wall or in the soffit. The drive is via hand crank or optionally via an electric motor.

The new VS5600 type with motor drive is suitable for areas up to 30 m2. The VS5400 is equipped with a counter-pull system and motor drive as standard.

• Extruded box section 120.5 mm high and 126 mm wide, slightly rounded.
• The side covers are made of cast aluminum alloy.
• Fabric shaft 78 mm or 85 mm galvanized steel profile.

• The drive is manual by means of a gearbox (reduction ratio 4:1) with end stop or from a total area > 8 m2 or from a height > 4000 mm by an AC tubular motor 230V/50Hz with friction brake and electronic end position shutdown.

• Counter bearings made of cast aluminium alloy to match the side cover.
• The aluminium extrusion drop profile with dimensions of 24 x 40 mm is equipped with a continuous flat steel as additional weight.
• All aluminium profiles as well as the aluminium castings are powder-coated.

• Awning fabric made of polyester, PVC or acrylic from the STOBAG collection.
