S+T Fassaden GmbH was founded in 1991 in Preetz near Kiel in northern Germany. Initially with two fitters and two people in the office. At the beginning, regional orders predominate in the company's portfolio. The young company was able to convince and successfully established itself on the market. In 1992 – just one year after the company was founded – the workforce already numbered 15 employees. In addition, a branch office is opened in the northeast of Germany in Ticino near Rostock. The company quickly gained a foothold there as well. S+T Fassaden continues to grow. In 1993, a new company building and an associated production hall with an area of 350 m² were built on a greenfield site on the outskirts of Ticino. At this time, the company employs a total of 30 people. Three years later, civil engineer Bernd Schröter took over the technical management. The commercial director is Bernd Teichmann. In 1997, the management decided to relocate the company's headquarters completely to Ticino. The Preetz site will be closed. The company continues to grow and now employs 40 people. With one hall, the spatial capacities were quickly exhausted and so in 1998 the second production hall with 600 m² floor space was built. Municipal projects are still the company's main occupation. However, the number of free projects is increasing continuously. With the construction of a third production hall, also with a floor area of 600 m², S+T Fassaden is once again expanding its production area and thus its technical possibilities at the Ticino site in 2011. On the approximately 5000 m² site, a total of 1550 m² of production hall and 400 m² of office are available. Since 2013, another S+T Fassaden GmbH has been located in southern Germany, near Lake Constance in Owingen. Easily accessible via the nearby A 81 motorway, there are currently 200 m² of office and 200 m² of production available. In our branches, engineers, planning specialists, draughtsmen, industrial foremen and industrial employees work on high-quality facades, aluminium roofs and windows.
