Enclosures are installations on or along the property boundary that spatially demarcate a property in whole or in part. An open fence is generally permeable to air and light, such as wooden picket or wire fences, so it does not constitute a complete privacy screen. From a height of approx. 1.70 m, a tightly mounted open fence can also serve to restrict visibility to a certain extent.
