The minimum roof pitch indicates how flat the roof pitch can be for the types of roofing or for individual products from different manufacturers. However, in order to ensure a functional roof covering at this minimum roof pitch, various additional measures must be taken (see planning notes).
In the case of self-supporting large-format profiled panels and sandwich panels, roof pitches of 3°-5° are only permissible without transverse joints and penetrations, and additional measures are required for roof pitches of 5°-7°.
