Bush Enclosure

Bushes and trees do not form a "closed" enclosure like hedges, for example, but they can still serve to visually delimit a property. However, in order to legally count as an enclosure of private property, the planting should be so dense that it is not possible to pass through unhindered. As with hedges, the size and design of the planting is often prescribed in development plans, local enclosure statutes or neighboring law laws. In addition, the prescribed boundary distances must be observed, especially for larger trees and shrubs. In addition to hedges, almost all trees and shrubs are conceivable as natural enclosures. Many hedge plants can also be planted more loosely or mixed with other plants, creating a looser, more open and particularly natural-looking enclosure compared to the topiary hedge.
