Fibre cement corrugated sheets

Fibre cement panels are cement panels that are reinforced with fibre reinforcement. The panels have a wave-shaped cross-section, which significantly increases the load-bearing capacity in the longitudinal direction.

More about fibre cement corrugated sheets

Fibre cement corrugated sheets are permeable to diffusion. They have a moisture-regulating effect without forming condensation.

The panels absorb moisture and release it continuously. They are noise-insulating, non-flammable and resistant to ammonia and chemicals.

The corrugated sheets are produced using the Hatschek method.

For production, Portland cement is mixed with water and quartz sand. The cement is reinforced with a fibre reinforcement made of vegetable cellulose fibres. The mixture is placed on an endless filter belt and hardens there.

After curing, fibre cement consists of up to 30% air, which makes the material very light.

Fibre cement corrugated sheets are available in natural grey and in various acrylic colours and are offered in the form of various components:

  • Roof ridge
  • Gable angle Ridge end Ridge caps
  • Wall connections
  • Eaves footpieces
