Gypsum board attic conversion with spring rails

Roof conversion with a substructure made of metallic spring rails and a room-side planking made of plasterboard, which is applied in a single layer. The level of the substructure can serve as an installation level, e.g. for electrical connection cables. In addition, the substructure can also compensate for flatness tolerances of the substrate (e.g. the rafters).
