Pure Silicate Paints

Pure silicate paints consist of potash water glass solutions and potash water gas-resistant pigments as a purely mineral paint coating. Chemical silicification creates a particularly strong and permanent bond with the mineral substrate. Silicate paints have a very high permeability to diffusion. In the case of pure silicate paints, the colour powder of the paint, which consists of two components, must be prepared (swamped) beforehand, if possible one day before processing, and the paint must then be consumed within 1-2 days.
