Assembly walls with wooden studs consist of a substructure (stud work) of wooden studs and planking on both sides with plasterboard or gypsum fibreboard, which is applied in one or more layers. With substructures made of wooden studs, partition walls are possible that are fire-retardant (F30-B) when classified according to DIN 4102-2 as a room-enclosing component.
