Heat pump, passive cooling

In passive cooling by a heat pump, the heating surfaces, such as floor or wall heating surfaces, are flushed with low-temperature water. This is provided by exchange with the collector fluid (e.g. geothermal collector, groundwater well) via a heat exchanger. In contrast to active cooling, passive cooling does not require an electric drive current for the compressorbut only the drive current for the circulation pumps.
