Tile backsplash

The word tile backsplash has two meanings: On the one hand, it refers to a tiled area of the wall that has no connection to the floor, as is often found behind kitchenettes or sometimes behind hand basins. In a broader sense, however, a detailed drawing is also referred to as a tile backsplash, which determines the exact location and arrangement of wall or floor tiles on the respective room surface.
