Integration of a brick partition wall into a brick exterior wall

If sound insulation requirements for a partition wall are required, it must be integrated into an external wall with a low bulk density, otherwise the sound insulation of the partition wall will be significantly reduced by the outer wall as a flanking component (see Figure 1). The greatest possible sound insulation is achieved when the outer wall is completely interrupted by the partition wall, (see Figure 4):
