Monofinish

Industrial floors are often designed as monofinish floors. This means that the serviceability of the concrete surface is combined with the static function of the concrete floor slab. In principle, almost all higher-quality concretes from B2 are suitable.

During the execution , the following must be taken into account, both technically and normatively:

• the surface treatment by means of the so-called "leaf smoothing"
• the position of the floor slab as an interior or exterior component
• and the use of infill materials

Notes on planning

For the "sash smoothing" and the use of infill materials , the following must be taken into account: nbsp; LP concretes (B3, B5, B6, B7) are not suitable. Monofinish floors as an exterior component must not be sash-smoothed and designed with infill material.
