Cast Concrete Blocks

Cast stone is produced from B55 using a vacuum pressing process with aggregates or colour pigments. Cast concrete blocks are used as façade panels and floor coverings. They are available unreinforced, or in larger forms also reinforced as precast reinforced concrete elements.

More about cast concrete blocks

Cast stone blocks are made from B55 concrete using the so-called vacuum pressing process. Special additives or colour pigments can be added.

The surface of cast stone can be treated and designed. For example, the plates can be sanded, blasted and polished. The panels are then cut to size and fitted with fixtures to attach to the façade.

Notes on planning

If cast concrete blocks are used as façade material, they must be attached to the supporting structure with stainless steel.
