Joinery refers to the processing of the wooden components for a roof truss. The joinery is divided into several steps. First, the individual components are torn open (drawn). This is done either traditionally on a scale of 1:1, drawing or CAD. The components are then processed. The beams are cut to length and the notches, tenons and notches are cut. This can be done by hand or machine with so-called carpentry machines. After fitting and marking the individual components, the joinery is completed and the roof truss can be assembled.
