Ceiling type in wood-concrete composite construction, in which a reinforced in-situ concrete layer is installed between the wooden beams of the ceiling in a shear-resistant manner. Both material components act statically as one component. The composite is produced using suitable composite materials approved by the building authorities, which in this case attach to the side of the wooden beams. This type of ceiling is primarily used in the ceiling renovation of old buildings when the room heights do not allow a layer of concrete above the beams.
