Gypsum Wall Building Board

Gypsum wall panels are solid wall formers without cavities with a standard format of 500 x 666 mm (medium bulk density), a circumferential tongue-and-groove profile and highly smooth visible surfaces, mainly for the production of non-load-bearing interior walls in building construction structures. They are made from calcium sulphate in moulding chambers. Joined together in combination with gypsum adhesive, they enable the formation of space with components that are homogeneous in surface and cross-section. The walls can already be built parallel to the shell – in some cases already after the installation of the first floor slabs. If they are designed appropriately, they meet requirements for fire, health, noise or radiation protection. Solid quality, homogeneous materiality, versatility and accelerated construction are the main application advantages, which are flanked by other features:

  • Space-efficient slim with a wall thickness of 60, 80 or 100 mm
  • Comparatively light at 58 ≤ m < 142 kg/m²
  • Wall heights with large openings of up to 7 m
  • Without interlocking with surrounding components
  • Without substructure, cavities, insulation layers
  • Without plaster, only filled in the joint area, almost dry Proven
  • construction method according to DIN 4103-2, applicable to all construction variants, e.g.
  • Robust, economical single walls
  • Sound
  • insulation walls with high bulk density or double-shell
  • Hydrophobic damp-proof walls for the domestic sector
  • Hygienic radiation protection walls without cavities, without lead lamination
  • Fire
  • protection symmetrically effective shaft walls and cladding
