Cantilever plate connection, thermally separated

In order to be able to attach balconies and other components to the shell without thermal bridges, special fastening elements are required. (also balcony connection element) For this purpose, so-calledhermically separated (cantile) plate connections are used.

On the one hand, these cantilever plate connections absorb static forces from different directions and thus transfer the torque and shear force stress at the interface. On the other hand, they continue the insulation level continuously and without thermal bridges, so that the minimum requirements for thermal insulation according to EnEV and DIN 4108-2 can be far exceeded.

Cantilever plate connections, such as the HALFEN HIT Iso-Element, are offered in different variants to solve every application. The balanced connection HIT–MVX can be used e.g. regardless of the direction of the ceiling or balcony.
