Trimmed timber

Sawn timber usually has a rectangular cross-section. It is made by sawing round timber parallel to the cutting axis. The minimum thickness is 6mm.

The following hardwoods and softwoods are used in various areas:

Hardwood (oak, beech, bongossi, teak):

  • Half-timbered renovation
  • Balconies / terraces
  • Bridge construction

Softwood (fir, pine, spruce, larch, Douglas fir):

  • Purlins / rafters
