Concrete smoothed

In the concrete smoothing process, the in-situ concrete is mechanically smoothed after its initial hardening phase.

This creates a screed-smooth floor. Since this floor consists of a single layer, the risk of chipping is minimized.

Areas of application are:

  • Garage floors
  • Industrial floors
  • Storage areas
  • Agricultural floors such as silage clamps
  • Floors of tank containers

Motorized trowels are used to process the concrete as soon as the concrete is walkable.

Step 1 "Plate": The surface of the concrete is rubbed down, precast concrete elements are transported to the concrete surface and compacted it.

Step 2 "Wings": The concrete fines are evenly distributed by rotation and further compacted until a screed-smooth surface is created.
