PUR
/ PIR in-situ foams are rot-resistant, do not rot and are vapor retardant (μ = 110). The thermal conductivity is 0.035-0.050 W/mK.
Delivery forms
The raw materials are delivered in barrels or containers.
PUR in-situ foams are used for the renovation of flat roofs. Assembly foams are used for joint sealing, door and window fastening, sealing of pipe penetrations and thermal insulation of the surrounding cavities. Natural fibre insulation materials and sealing tapes are available as an alternative to assembly foams for window and door frames.
Recyclability / Demountability
After using PUR spray foams, it is difficult to separate and recycle the PUR material at a later date. The construction and construction waste must be thermally treated before it can be landfilled.
