Rappputz, also known as Bestich or bandage plaster, is a single-layer interior plaster for subordinate rooms, e.g. basements or storage rooms, without visual requirements. The surface is only roughly smoothed with a trowel or brush. Rapputz/Bestich is not a type of plaster regulated according to DIN V 18550.
