Can I test the Baukobox?
Yes, some selected projects can be tested without registration and subscription. You can recognize these on the start page without the PLUS+ sign. In order to be able to offer projects with a high density of information, we finance the project preparation via the Baukobox PLUS+ subscriptions.
How do I subscribe to a Baukobox PLUS+ subscription?
Are you already registered? Then log in and go to your 'my Baukobox' area. There you will find your individual options for the Baukobox PLUS+ subscription. You will then be guided through the payment process. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation mail with your invoice and the duration. Not registered yet? Then click on the 'Register now' button and let us know your registration details.
What payment options are available to me?
Currently we offer payments via PayPal, ApplePay or common credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover as well as China Union Pay.
When and how is my access activated?
Depending on the choice of payment method, activation usually takes place immediately after the payment process has been checked and confirmed.
I can't log in and access the Baukobox PLUS+ content. What could be the reason?
Perhaps you have not yet verified your email address or you have not yet fully completed your subscription. Please contact our support at support@baukobox.de
I forgot my password. How can I request a new one?
Go to 'Login' and click on 'Forgot password', then you will receive a prompt to reset your password by email
What do I do if my data has changed?
In your 'my Baukobox' area, you can change your data in the 'Subscription' section with the 'Manage Subscription' button.
I am no longer studying at a university and I want to continue using Baukobox PLUS+. What do I have to do?
If the user status changes due to exmatriculation, the user is obliged to inform Baukobox of the new status. Until the end of the chosen Baukobox PLUS+ subscription period, there will be no price adjustment of the subscription. In the case of automatic renewal, the new status or user type is taken into account and the price is adjusted accordingly.
How can I cancel my Baukobox PLUS+ subscription?
The Baukobox PLUS+ subscription can be cancelled via 'my Baukobox'. Your current subscription is displayed in your 'my Baukobox' area. Click on 'Manage Subscription' there and you will be taken to the subscription management. The next possible cancellation date is determined by the duration and the respective notice period, which can be found in the General Terms and Conditions and in your invoice.
Do I have a right of revocation?
Yes, the conditions of the right of revocation as well as the revocation instruction are contained in the General Terms and Conditions under point 7.
