Zanderrotharchitekten GmbH

Dunckerstraße 63
10439 Berlin

Sascha Zander and Christian Roth founded zanderrotharchitekten in Berlin in 1999, at a time when the urban structure on the basis of the Wilhelminian plots began to grow again after the fall of the Berlin Wall. As a contemporary office, they not only wanted to think about architecture, but also to implement it, and closed many remaining gaps with their architecture. They are characterized by innovative, experimental and cost-effective residential construction, but also by effective building group concepts, with which they develop and implement numerous projects in Berlin residential construction.

The architecture of zanderrotharchitekten has been awarded numerous national and international prizes. In addition to its focus on innovative residential construction, the office is dedicated to the design of schools or to thinking ahead of unloved prefabricated buildings. The architecture of zanderrotharchitekten is characterized by consistency in concept, organization and design, as can be seen and understood in the multi-award-winning residential complexes in Zelterstraße, Christburger Straße, Liebigstraße and Pasteurstraße in Berlin.
