a+r Architekten GmbH stands for solid, ecological and future-oriented architecture with impressive experience in the field of sustainable construction and building in existing buildings. The office, founded by Prof. Gerd Ackermann and Prof. Hellmut Raff in 1985 at the Stuttgart and Tübingen locations, today employs around 100 people and is currently managed by Oliver Braun, Florian Gruner, Alexander Lange and Walter Fritz. a+r Architekten plans primarily for public clients, private individuals from industry, municipal housing associations and social institutions. The focus of her work is on functional, ecological and innovative construction methods resulting from them.
