We are Heinrich + Steinhardt_Architekten, a team of architects, engineers, construction and business people under the leadership of Thomas Steinhardt.

Building is a challenge! Finding out what, where and how you can build, working out a design, finding out the areas and costs for it, observing the official regulations and approval guidelines, working out the design later so that it can be implemented on the construction site, drawing up tenders, later awarding the contract to the contractors and supervising them - a builder cannot do this and much more alone.

This is exactly our daily business and what we can do for you. We are at your side in all these tasks and guide you safely through the planning and construction period. We bill our services according to the generally applicable fee schedule for architects and engineers - HOAI for short - or according to the actual hourly expenditure at agreed conditions - a transparent and secure solution for you.
