Architecture is created in the field of tension between collective interests and the individual specifications of the client. As a trustee of the economic and content-related interests of the client, we mediate between the different, only seemingly irreconcilable objectives. We see this dialogic process as a source of inspiration and a driver for innovation. Complex relationships require specific answers that surpass ready-made solutions in their power and authenticity. The successful participation in competitions, symposia and expert review procedures proves motorplan to be an office with a high level of design and planning competence. The focus in the implementation is on comprehensive support in all service phases in order to ensure continuous quality assurance, cost and adherence to deadlines. Within the framework of teaching activities at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Mainz University of Applied Sciences, Bauhaus University Weimar, specialist lectures and publications, the theoretical foundations for innovations are created in practice.
