Project planning
Property planning is the core of our activities. In addition to the development of planning concepts, it includes the preparation of all the templates required for the building permit, the detailed processing of the designs taking into account urban development, design, functional, technical, building physics, economic and ecological requirements, the preparation of service descriptions and service specifications, the solicitation of bids including negotiations with the bidders and the monitoring of the Execution of the object.
Project management
As the processes become increasingly complicated, the client is less and less able to coordinate, control and monitor the planning in technical, legal, economic and scheduling terms. We provide professional help here with project management.
It includes the compilation, coordination and control of all those involved in the planning, the preparation and monitoring of organisational, schedule and payment plans, the updating of the planning objectives as well as the ongoing information of the client about the project execution and the timely bringing about decisions of the client.
Energy
In view of rapidly rising energy prices and the looming consequences of climate change, reducing energy consumption is an obligation that we architects cannot evade. Especially since the greatest energy-saving and CO² emission reduction potential is found in buildings.
The concepts that we develop on the basis of a holistic integration of building construction and building services consist of a combination of energy saving and energy generation. Savings through more efficient systems and the reduction of transmission losses. Generating renewable energies through photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and geothermal energy. Innovative technical systems are also being tested that not only seal off the building from its environment in order to ensure comfort, but also allow it to enter into an exchange with the building envelope and make use of the given climatic conditions.
Last but not least, we also see it as our task to combine climatic and aesthetic goals in the design process and thus also to ensure the satisfaction of sensual needs in the conception of energy-efficient buildings.
