Since 1990, we have been planning and implementing projects at home and abroad, for both public and private clients. We now have over a thousand projects in a team of currently over 100 employees.
WHAT WE DO: WE FIND SOLUTIONS.
We do not shy away from any new challenge, on the contrary: projects that are created before particularly difficult starting points are particularly appealing to us. Discussions and the examination of our planning responsibility advance our work. Based on the neighbourhood and the consideration of socio-spatial qualities, we develop master plans for entire cities or sub-areas, but also think down to the last detail of each individual house. Designing neighbourhoods is our special competence, clear and process-oriented.
Projects that we are allowed to accompany in all phases and scales, from the initial urban development idea to the structural realization, lead us to a consistent result that creates identification and ultimately satisfaction for the users. The needs of our customers are always our top priority.
WHAT WE BELIEVE IN: COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING.
Our open-plan office in Cologne's Südstadt reflects our way of working. As a team, we support each other in finding the best solutions even under complex conditions. We see ourselves as communicators at the interface of different actors and interests. Our many years of expertise are highly valued by our clients - we stand for intelligent ways of thinking, scale, sense of rhythm.
Open communication is also important to us in the team. We have felt very comfortable in Maria-Hilf-Straße in Cologne for years, and not only because we work here in a concentrated manner, but can celebrate at least as exuberantly. In our kitchen, an informal exchange is also cultivated on all kinds of occasions. Our team spirit and enthusiasm for our work have held us together for 30 years and we are proud of that.
