In recent years, a wide range of private and public contracts has shaped Christ & Gantenbein's growing field of work, which includes various sizes and areas from individual apartment extensions, institutional buildings, infrastructures and urban development master plans. Award-winning projects such as the renovation and expansion of the Kunstmuseum in Basel (2016) and the Swiss National Museum in Zurich (2016) as well as the Wallraf-Richartz Museum in Cologne (ongoing) strengthen the firm's expertise in the development of museum buildings. The plan includes residential construction projects in Paris and Germany, a large-scale mixed-use area and the Lindt Chocolate Competence Center in Switzerland.
