The architectural firm BAYER & STROBEL ARCHITEKTEN was founded in 2006 by Gunther Bayer and Peter Strobel, after the two owners had already been working together as freelancers since 2003. The office's field of activity includes planning services for all construction tasks. The focus is on the realisation of competition successes as well as residential construction and construction in existing buildings. The projects can be carried out by the office itself in all service phases - from design to work planning to construction supervision and handover to the client. Due to its size and equipment, the office is also able to handle larger construction projects. The designs are always created in close cooperation with the client in order to find an optimal solution for the future users. The design process is extensively developed and presented in drawings, models and visualizations. The firm's buildings have been awarded numerous architecture prizes and have been widely published.
