We develop a timeless and at the same time innovative architecture. The basis of every project is the comprehensive analysis of the context and the attitude of the client. From the joint discussion, we develop a concept that accompanies the design through to implementation.
We convey to the client what potentials are hidden in the construction task. From this, we develop an individual language for each project that is appropriate to the location, budget, requirements and function.
Method
We develop architecture in a holistic way of thinking. We exchange ideas with our partner planners in early project phases in order to optimize all interfaces. The intelligence of architecture is based on building planning, not on supplementary technology.
We are a full-service architectural service provider that implements service phases 1-9 with high standards. Concentrated construction management is just as important to us as design planning, as we believe that each service phase contributes decisively to the quality of the project.
Surplus value
We also offer an extended range of services, which we refer to as service phase 0. This includes project development combined with concept development, which ranges from a profitability calculation to the development of space programs.
For larger projects, we act as a general planning team with a well-rehearsed structure of specialist planners from the fields of urban and landscape planning, structural engineering, technical building planning, building physics and fire protection. In this constellation, we offer the client the added value that the interfaces between the planning teams function perfectly and the construction time is accelerated.
